Graham Clarke is a graduate in English and music with expertise in writing and editing.
He was until recently an intern at Sero Consulting Ltd, researching and compiling reports of African countries with regards to their present educational systems and policy, and policy and implementation of ICT initiatives. This is being done as a donation to the Re.ViCa, VISCED and other global analytic projects.
His work on Africa is being continued by Nick Jeans and now James Kay at Sero..
