The ''Ibero-American Association of Distance Education Universities'' (Asociación Iberoamericana de Educación Superior a Distancia, '''AIESAD''') is a non-profit organization created at the First Iberoamerican Symposium Open University Presidents in meeting in Madrid, 1980.
