WICHE Internet Course Exchange

The WICHE Internet Course Exchange (WICHE ICE) seeks to increase access to higher education, by creating opportunities for students to access high quality distance courses and programs. Its collaborative model supports faculty and participating institutions.
According to its web site:
- Through WICHE ICE, member institutions provide their students a more diverse offering of online courses, ensure the viability of their specialty e-learning courses by expanding enrollment beyond their institution, and share resources with other members to create new more robust online courses and programs than any institution could develop on its own.
Institutions may participate as a Teaching Institution (TI); an Enrolling Institution (EI); or both.
The WICHE ICE's main office is in Boulder, Colorado, US.
