The Universiti Teknologi MARA (MARA University of Technology, UiTM) is a multi-campus public university in Malaysia, formed in 1956. Distance and lifelong learning efforts are managed by the Institute of Education Development (InED), formed in 2001. These are categorised as discrete Distance Education, Collaborative Education, and Continuing Education Programmes. Courses range from skills training to higher education.


Universiti Teknologi MARA's mission is to provide Bumiputras the opportunity to pursue professionally recognised programmes of study in science, industry, technology, business, arts and humanities. UiTM is the only university in Malaysia that has a branch campus in every state of the country, with 120,000 students total (most based at the Shah Alam campus).
