Dr. Regina K. Masalela is a lecturer and Distance Education Programs Coordinator in the Distance Education Department, Centre for Continuing Education of the University of Botswana in Botswana.
Her research agenda includes different aspects of Open and Distance Learning and e-learning. She has a Masters in Adult Education obtained from The Pennsylvania State University in the USA in 2001 and a doctoral degree in Instructional Technology/Design from Northern Illinois University in the USA in 2006.
