Norsk Nettskole

Norsk Nettskole (Norwegian net School) has provided online courses to teachers in schools for 10 years. It has developed a model that is tailored for learning in the workplace. It increases the quality of work performed by using the daily work situation as a learning arena.

The implementation takes into account the compressed working year and the large variation in teachers' conditions and needs. The work is at teachers' own pace and the content can be put together based on the individual's wishes.

Change and School Development

The courses have a practical educational focus, where change and school development is an important dimension. They go for a long time with many small sessions. This allows for experimentation, reflection and revision. Traditional day courses are difficult to fit the diversity of needs, and struggles to bring about change and development.

Our online courses make workplace learning arena, and many of the courses have exercises where participants will take their new skills to use in the classroom or barnehage.Gjennom close supervision of their supervisor / mentor, participants receive the support they need.

We will be happy to adapt courses to local skills plans. We see that the yield increases dramatically when school leaders are using online courses as measures in a planned capacity building. Online courses can be combined with local collections. Our trainers and coaches like to participate in the planning days and workshops.

Credits

We offer two studies with 30 credits and some smaller courses that can be developed with credits. Portfolio assessment is common in all studies. It is also home exam on the largest study. All studies can be taken alongside full-time job. 30-point studies starting in September.
