Minnesota Online High School
The Minnesota Online High School (MNOHS) is a state-approved, public online high school for students in grades 9 through 12. It located in the US state of Minnesota and is open to Minnesota residents.
In 2009-2010 there were 109 students enrolled.
MNOHS offers two enrollment options: students may attend MNOHS full-time, taking all courses online; or students may combine on-site classes at their local school with 50% of their courses online through MNOHS (supplemental). Tuition is free as long as a student is enrolled in another public school in Minnesota and doesn't exceed a full-time course load between the two schools.
Free tuition through state funding is also not available to non-residents of Minnesota, nor to students enrolled in private schools, nor students who want to homeschool part-time.
Courses are delivered over the Blackboard system.
