Mahmoud Hawamdeh

Mahmoud Hawamdeh is Head of Training and Development Department at ICTC/ Al-Quds Open University.

His duty and responsability is to design and supervise the implementation of the training program’s conducting by the Information and Communication Technology Center (ICTC). He is responsible for the overall direction, development, coordination, and supervision of the Training and Development Department.

The Training and Development Department provides a broad range of courses on a variety of subjects in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The department strives to meet the needs of the individual as well as those of the organizations.

The Training and Development Department awarded several Accreditations to QOU from various IT industry leaders such as ( Microsoft IT Academy, Oracle Academy, Sun Academic Initiative, Exclusive Certiport Testing and Training , Authorized Prometric Testing Center and ETS Authorized TOEFL IBT Testing Center)
