The International University of Iran (Farabi Virtual Institute of Higher Education, IUI) supports e-learning.

The mission of IUI is to harness the research and scientific resources of the Iranian and the Middle Eastern Expatriates for the advancement of knowledge and education of students in science, technology, and other areas of scholarship that will best serve Iran and the Broader Middle East Region in the future.
