Independent Quality Assurance Agency

The Independent Quality Assurance Agency (IQAA) provides quality assurance through evaluation of schools and encourages internal self-evaluation in schools.

The IQAA is based in Cape Town, South Africa and operates throughout the Southern African region.

Although IQAA is an independent body, it has important relationships with schools and independent school bodies.

Its services include

• School Improvement Plan Implementation Evaluation Service
• School Governance Evaluation
• Opinion Survey Service
