Freshwater Education District Virtual School Consortium
The Freshwater Education District Virtual School Consortium (FED Online) is a Virtual School Consortium located in the US state of Minnesota. Part-time, free, online, public, high-school-level courses are open only to students attending a Freshwater Education District school. All courses can be taken 100% online; if additional materials are needed they are provided by the student's home school district. Students work from home, or on site while under supervision.
As a general rule, only 50% of courses may be taken online. Some students may exceed this in consultation with their local school.
