e-Cornell is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, US. It offers online training courses and certificates, targeting full-time professionals and executives in particular. Courses are authored and designed in collaboration with faculty members from Cornell University, though students do not earn credit towards any Cornell University degree programs. Rather, each course awards its own certificate upon completion.

e-Cornell course topics are largely focused on management and finance. All courses are self paced, and are facilitated by an eCornell instructor. With a single exception, course materials are 100% online.
