This will be a fuller version of the WP summary. It will give more detail on volumes, timescales and estimated costs. It will provide Measures of Success for dissemination, appropriate to the mix of physical, print, web and web 2.0 dissemination.

In particular, much more information will be available at project start on the pattern of conferences during the project lifetime and the consortium's influence over the ones outside the scope of P5 EDEN and Online Educa.

Key issues to be decided then are:

• specific conferences
• the extent that blogging is still a relevant tool and
• what particular set of wikis is to be used, in the light of developments in Wikipedia, WikiEducator, VISCED etc.

Despite reservations from some organisations, promising results have been obtained relevant to the OER world from current projects in dissemination via Twitter from high-profile individuals' accounts. Facebook also will need to be revisited as it continues its progress into the professional domain.
