Cincinnati Virtual High School
The Cincinnati Virtual High School (Virtual High School, Virtual HS, VHS) is an online virtual school located in the US state of Ohio. It provides education for students in grades 8-12, enrolled in the Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) district. Students may study full-time (three courses) or part-time (one course). Those studying full time enroll directly with the Virtual HS.
Virtual High School online courses are provided by Apex Learning. Courses do have deadlines, established and monitored by a teacher, though learning is otherwise self paced.
In 2009-2010 there were 293 students enrolled.

Personal CD players, iPods, MP3 players, and any other personal music devices are prohibited at the virtual high school's physical location, and all cell phones must be turned off while in the building. All VHS students have a Gaggle.net email account.
