The Citizen E: an ICT Network for teaching European Citizenship (Citizen E) was selected in 2004 under the Socrates Minerva project. As described in the project description:
- In-service teacher training/support centres in Ireland, Italy, Poland and Belgium will set-up teaching peer groups using readily accessible ICT supported tools to develop teaching materials and activities on the topic of European Citizenship.
