UCAS, the Universities and Colleges Admission System, is the organisation responsible for managing applications to higher education courses in the UK, processing more than two million applications for full-time undergraduate courses every year, and aiming to help students to find the right course.

UCAS aims to make things run as smoothly as possible by providing innovative online tools which make it easier for students and HEIs to manage applications and offers.

UCAS also organises conferences, education fairs and conventions across the UK and produces a wide range of publications. These are all aimed at helping students to make informed decisions about higher education and to guide them, their parents and advisers through the application process.
