Katherine School of the Air (KSA) is a Northern Territory Department of Education and Training Primary and Middle school which caters for children from pre-school up to Yr 9 in the top half of the Northern Territory and for Northern Territory students who may live elsewhere. KSA currently has approximately 250 enrolled students.

Further information

KSA was established in 1966 as a 'radio school' but radio has faded as a tool to be replaced since 2006 by the Interactive Distance Learning Studio. Students are typically living in Aboriginal or cattle stations.
