Capistrano Connections Academy
The Capistrano Connections Academy (CapoCA) is a tuition-free online K-12 charter school located in the US state of California. Founded in 2004, it is described as providing independent, non-classroom-based education to students from five counties in Southern California. Parents or guardians serve as learning coaches, guiding students through home-based, fully online learning.
Of 1020 students enrolled in 2009-2010, 37% were from "socioeconomically disadvantaged" backgrounds.
The curriculum is provided by private partner Connections Academy.
