The Buckeye On-Line School for Success (BOSS) is located in the US state of Ohio. BOSS is an online, public, K-12 charter school open to all Ohio students, focusing on those who would benefit from an untraditional education (homeschoolers, athletes, young parents). BOSS students are provided with textbooks, supplies, a computer, a printer and an internet connection.

In 2010-2011 it had 1,583 students enrolled.

BOSS is developing two forms of curriculum delivery for self-paced students, one independent (BOSS Independent), one which is more media-rich and instructor-facilitated (BOSS Virtual). In the latter BOSS runs real-time classes with live instructors.
