Dokeos is clearly referenced at its e-learning page:

The college takes an active part in the development of the Dokeos e-learning platform and especially in the LCMS developments.
Dokeos is actively used at our college mainly in a blended learning setting. There are about 3000 active courses with over 15000 active users. In May 2007 our Dokeos site received over 200000 unique visits with an average duration of 9 minutes
We have taken several initiatives to broaden the user base of Dokeos beyond higher education, such as Dokeos for Schools and Dokeos for SME's. At this time we have as many external as internal users, about 30000 in total. Among them the largest adult education schools in the province.
