Sara's priority list as of 11/8/09

  1. Add articles for key entities in Wikipedia categories like "Open Universities" - not yet reviewed - still to do??
  2. Add articles for key entities named in EFQUEL list - thru #29 on list, just scanning for critical misses
  3. Review Paul's OBHE email of 3/3 for useful OBHE links - per Paul, "With regard to the OBHE lists below she will look mainly at the "distance learning associations" and just quickly check the others in case any Programme leaps out. She will not do the "quality assurance agencies"
  4. Add articles for key entities named in OBHE report(s) - Denman report already reviewed and list emailed to Paul
  5. Add Stansfield items
  6. Work on Guidelines! place on wiki for discussion
  7. Scan Jan-Mar emails for items received, e.g. Cseko document, corporate universities list, OBHE list (March 3 email), Old Dominion University, others - the list goes on...
  8. Templates and Tidying (Abbreviations, language issues, accents, redirects, etc) - inc. UNESCO?
  9. Start Categorisation project - send thoughts to Paul - completed preliminary categorisation

  • Sara, you said "does category:remove work" on eCollege. Well if you consider human actions, it works! I use the category:remove to give people the opportunity to save the entry from removal, but once in a while I go into the dead-end pages, orphaned pages, double redirects and also category:remove and I try to clean everything up a bit. if you've come across a better / automated system or you would like to just remove it immediately, do let me know and I'll do the same. --NikkiCortoos 17:04, 6 August 2009 (CEST)
  • Hello Sara, I don't know how the discussion normally works, but I used strike-through for the previous message =) and thank you for the good example to paste much used links on the discussion page, you can see that I've copied your example. Our very own Community of Practice! Wenger would be proud! --NikkiCortoos 10:15, 13 August 2009 (CEST)
