Arunachal Pradesh is a state in the far north-east of India. It borders The People's Republic of China to the north, Burma to the east, Bhutan to the west and the Indian states of Assam and Nagaland to the south.

There are thirty-three schools in Arunachal Pradesh, as well as one university, Rajiv Gandhi University, the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, and two polytechnics, Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic, in Itanagar and Tomi Polytechnic College in Basar.
