Arunachal Pradesh is a state in the far north-east of India. It borders The People's Republic of China to the north, Myanmar to the east, Bhutan to the west and the Indian states of Assam and Nagaland to the south.
The population of Arunachal Pradesh, according to the 2011 census, is 1.3 million. The state capital and largest city is Itanagar.
Education in Arunachal Pradesh
There are 33 schools in Arunachal Pradesh, as well as one university, Rajiv Gandhi University, the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology, and two polytechnics, Rajiv Gandhi Government Polytechnic, in Itanagar and Tomi Polytechnic College in Basar.
