Non-Commonwealth Oceania includes the entities in Oceania which are sovereign nations not in the Commonwealth of Nations and dependent territories of countries not in the Commonwealth of Nations.
The precise list is as follows:

- Federated States of Micronesia
- Marshall Islands
- Northern Mariana Islands (USA)
- Wake Island (USA)
- American Samoa (USA)
- Guam (USA)
The US state of Hawaii and Easter Island (part of Chile) are also geographically within Oceania.
