Peter has an MSc in Training taken through distance learning at the [[University of Leicester]], and during 2004–05 took a second Master’s in Management in the Net-worked Economy (MiNE) run jointly by the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore at Piacenza, Italy, and the School of Information Management and Systems (SIMS) of the University of California at Berkeley, USA.
