VISCED deliverables

At present, key deliverables are mounted on the development wiki at http://virtual-learning.referata.com/wiki/VISCED_deliverables#List_of_all_deliverables - please note that the site can be very slow at some times of the EU day especially the afternoon

It is intended in early 2022 to mount all public final deliverables (i.e. those not marked CO or PP or interim/formative) on two repositories with good performance, and one repository will contain commentary not just the files.
