Commonwealth LAC consists of all those countries in Central America, South America and the Caribbean which are members of the Commonwealth of Nations or British overseas territories of the UK.
Three groupings
The Commonwealth Caribbean consists of:
- Antigua and Barbuda
- Bahamas - east of the Caribbean Sea
- Barbados
- Dominica
- Grenada
- Jamaica
- St Kitts and Nevis
- St Lucia
- St Vincent and the Grenadines
- Trinidad and Tobago
The Commonwealth Mainland Caribbean consists of:
- Belize - in Central America
- Guyana - in South America
All of the above are full members of CARICOM.
Realm of the UK - British Overseas Territories
These are the British West Indies Territories:
And also:
- Bermuda - north east of the Caribbean Sea out in the Atlantic
All of the above are Associate Members of CARICOM - with Montserrat being a full member.
