The Centre For Distance Learning and Innovation (Newfoundland and Labrador) provides K-12 online resources and services for Labrador, Western, Nova Central, Eastern School Districts and the Conseil scolaire francophone provincial.

Further information
The CDLI was founded in December 2000 by the Department of Education, in response to the recommendations of the 1999 Sparks-Williams Ministerial Panel on Educational Delivery.
Desire2Learn and Elluminate are used for synchronous learning.
