The Associatie Universiteit & Hogescholen Antwerpen (Antwerp University Association, AUHA) supports e-learning through its LMS Blackboard.
Its members are:
- Universiteit Antwerpen
- Artesis Hogeschool Antwerpen
- Hogere Zeevaartschool
- Karel de Grote-Hogeschool
- Plantijn Hogeschool
The web site mentions that all the association was the first association with an up-to-date mutual electronic learning environment which is Blackboard. For example the Blackboard for Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and the Blackboard for Universiteit Antwerpen itself (with relevant information pages although
Plantijn Hogeschool uses its own e-campus which doesn't seem to utitlise BlackBoard.
The institution’s main office is in Antwerp, Belgium.
Note: The University of Antwerp owns the http://www.virtuelecampus.be (Virtual Campus) domain name but instead of only linking it to a virtual demo of the university, it now refers to its main page.
