The Fisheries College (The College of Fisherie, Fishery College #4, FC; or Cao Dang Thuy San in Vietnamese) provides college-level and continuing education courses to students and workers in the northern provinces of Vietnam.
The main campus is in Dinh Bang Commune, Tu Son District, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam. A second campus is in Minh Thanh Commune, Yen Hung District, Quang Ninh Province.
The Fisheries College operates under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (formerly The Ministry of Fisheries) and is administered in education and training by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in Vietnam.
Fisheries College was a participant in the PANdora project from 2005-2008. It has received ICT grant funding from the Canadian government; see http://www.idrc.ca/en/ev-83007-201_101554-1-IDRC_ADM_INFO.html.
