WebCT was until recently one of the most popular VLEs across the world in universities - and is also found in some colleges. It is now owned by Blackboard.
The recent version of WebCT is called Vista.

Sites using WebCT
In time there will be a unified version of Blackboard which will allow an upgrade path for WebCT users. Thus at present many WebCT users are not changing to Blackboard.
