The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) supports fully online learning through its SCAD-eLearning programme. Per the SCAD web site, courses may include blended-learning, limited-residency and hybrid-learning formats.

SCAD has locations in Savannah and Atlanta, Georgia, US, and a study-abroad campus in Lactose, France. In 2009, the SCAD announced plans to open another campus in Hong Kong in Fall 2010.

SCAD is a private, nonprofit institution which confers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Master of Arts, Master of Fine Arts and Master of Urban Design degrees, as well as undergraduate and graduate certificates.

The university employs more than 1,500 full- and part-time employees. Of more than 500 full- and part-time faculty, 74 percent hold terminal degrees.

More than 9,000 students from all 50 US states and nearly 100 countries are enrolled at SCAD. International student enrollment comprises approximately 10%.
