The Open and Distance Learning Association of Australia (ODLAA) fosters the practice and study of distance education in Australia, a country that pioneered these methods of educational delivery. It is a non-profit organisation managed by an Executive Committee of members operating in a voluntary capacity.
This site features extensive web links to Australian and international journals, distance education associations, educational associations, online learning communities, conferences and other online resources. It provides international practical experience in technical and pedagogical issues relating to the flexible delivery of education for all ages.
The ODLAA Secretariat is based in the Teaching and Learning Centre, University of New England Armdale, New South Wales, Australia.
