The International Business Academy (IBA) in Kolding, Denmark, is part of the International Business College (UBC), one of Denmark’s largest business colleges. 50% of its student population is international. E-learning has been utilised in IBA courses since 1996. Courses are now offered in both blended and pure e-learning modes, and may use both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools. Courses are delivered via Blackboard, though third-party products like Skype, Camtasia, Hot Potatoes, and others are used to augment the learning experience. IBA programmes have roughly 375 students enrolled.

The school was originally established in 1868 by the local Chamber of Commerce. With its more than 130 years of existence it is one of the oldest business colleges in Denmark and now through mergers the fifth largest business college in Denmark. It now si the modern-day incarnation of the former Kolding Business School, the Fredericia Business School, and the Aabenraa Business School.

The college covers education and training at tertiary vocational level; education at upper-secondary level and tertiary level as well.

IBA offers a Bachelor in International Business at Honours Level and Master of Science in International Business (in collaboration with London South Bank University, UK.)

IBA is a member of the Network of International Business Schools.
