The REal Virtual Erasmus (REVE) was selected in 2004 under Erasmus Virtual Campus. It was funded from 2005-2007. Per the original project description, its goal was:

Enhancing the impact and efficiency of the Erasmus programme through the set-up of and support for a full-fletched virtual Erasmus action.
