The International Business Academy (IBA) in Kolding, Denmark, was founded as part of the International Business College (UBC), one of Denmark’s largest business colleges. 25 years later, it has grown an international business school, one-half of whose student population is international. E-klearning has been utilizd in IBA courses since 1996. Courses are now offered in both blended and pure e-learning modes, and may use both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools. Courses are offered via Blackboard, though third-party products like Skype, Camtasia, Hot Potatoes, and others may be used to augment the learning experience. IBA programmes have roughly 400 students enrolled.
