Include eLC ? The e-learning Cluster Project is an initiative of the Austrian Ministry of Education for Upper Secondary Schools and Colleges to implement eLearning on a practical level. The project focuses on school development supported by methods of change management, in-service training of teachers, implementation of learning management systems and content development concentrating on methodological aspects of learning. http://elc.akis.at/index.php
