Diana Quirk is an instructional designer. She worked at the University of Athabasca until September 2014.

In 2012, she was tasked by the Canadian Chair of Distance Education at Athabasca University (Dr. Terry Anderson) and the UNESCO/Commonwealth of Learning Chair (Dr. Rory McGreal) to research and write a country report on the status of OER for POERUP - see Canada.

She is also the owner/director of 4G Education & Training Consortium, which provides instructional design services to corporate, government and academic clients across Canada. Services include documentation analysis, gap and needs analysis, high end documentation design, story-boarding, program evaluation, curriculum analysis and other activities related to the development of quality e-learning, distance education and instructor-lead training.

With a team of experienced and successful curriculum consultants, program evaluators, and instructional designers networked across Canada, 4G is involved in the development of ongoing and diverse education and training projects at many levels for many clients.
