I recently finished my doctoral work focusing on decision making of a virtual team designing a professional online learning communities and I work now as Assistant Dean for Instructional Technology at a Midwest university, United States. For the past several years, I have been President of a small company providing consulting and LMS software to K-12 teachers. I am married to a Social Worker turned instructional designer as a second career and have two sons, 9 and 5 years old.
