I am Pakistani and young professional in the field of Quality Assurance in Education. Born in November 1983 in a valley of Peshawar Pakistan. Got the degree in Masters’ in Business Administration with major in the field of Finance in year 2007 from Institute of Management Sciences, Hayatabad, Peshawar. In late 2007 got my first job as Accounts Officer at an organization (non-profit) where I got the practical experience of business administration shortly I got promotion as Finance Officer, thus got the experience of total 40 months there. And since 17th Feb, 2011 I am working as Assistant Director-Quality Enhancement Cell at Shaheed Benzair Bhutto Women University, Peshawar and perform following duties; 1. Implementation of Self Assessment Process; i. Constitution of “Programme Team (PT)” of respective academic programme. ii. Reviewing the drafts of SAR submitted by the Programme Team Leader (PTL). iii. After Compilation of SAR; “Assessment Team (AT)” is constituted for the assessment and evaluation. iv. Arrangement and Convening “Assessment Team Meeting (AT Meeting)”. v. Write “Exit Meeting Minutes” of the AT Meeting. vi. Compile “Assessment Team Report” and submit it to the Vice Chancellor. vii. Write “Executive Summary” on AT Report and submit it to the Vice Chancellor. viii. Preparation of “Implementation Plan” based on the AT Findings/ Observations. ix. Keeping the follow-up of the “Implementation Plan”. 2. Organization of Workshops/Seminars and Training Sessions. 3. Focal Person of Higher Education Business Community Interaction (HE-BCI). It is the programme of Knowledge Exchange. 4. Focal Person for National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC). ACHIEVMENTS 2013: Facilitate 2-Day workshop on “Self Assessment Process-Writing SAR” for few programs of Shaheed Benzair Bhutto Women University as Resource Person. 2012: Organizing 1st Alumnae Reunion Evening of the Shaheed Benzair Bhutto Women University, Peshawar. 2012: Establishment of Alumnae Association Office at Shaheed Benzair Bhutto Women University, Peshawar. 16th March, 2012: Organize 1-Day “Awareness Seminar on Future Prospects of Bioinformatics” at Frontier Women University, Peshawar. Prof. Dr. Hamid Rashid, Head of Department of Bioinformatics at Muhammad Ali Jinnah University, Islamabad. 25th July, 2011: Organize 1-Day Seminar on “Semester System”, under the umbrella of QEC-Frontier Women University, Peshawar. Mr. Basharat Hameed Deputy Coordinator-QEC, Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar was the resource person of the seminar. 22nd & 24th June, 2011: Organize 2-day workshop on “Faculty Development Programme; Technical Writing of Vision, Mission, Objectives, and Outcome Statement.”, under the umbrella of QEC, Frontier Women University, Peshawar. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Wahid Usmani, Director-QEC, Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi was the resource person of the Workshop.
