I worked as an English language teacher at Hanoi University for 23 years. In 2003, I moved to the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and served as the Deputy General Director of the International Cooperation Department. I was in charge of promoting educational links between Vietnam and South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan and the Asia Pacific.

I am now working as the Executive Manager of the National Foreign Language 202 Project at the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam. The Project's objective is to make every student in Vietnam fluent in English by 2020.
