My name is Ignaty. Originally from St Petersburg, Russia, I now live in London.

I have been involved in education for over 10 years now; starting as a private tutor of Latin and Ancient Greek I then have held a number of managerial positions at universities and been involved in several education start-ups. I still enjoy teaching though and spend up to 10 hrs per week tutoring as well as occasionally facilitating personal and professional management workshops at University College London.

I moved to the UK 3 years ago to do my Masters' in Political Economy writing about the influence of education on economic growth in Africa. After I graduated I set up two companies:-
