Dominic Newbould is an Independent Education Consultant. He was formerly Director of External Relations at the UK Open University.
His career was spent mainly in publishing (editorial roles) and HE, particularly in the field of Open, Online and Distance Learning (ODL), Open Educational Resources (OERs) and international collaborative partnerships between HEIs.
Qualifications: BA (Honours) in English and Related Literature, University of York (UK) and postgraduate Diploma in Communications, Chartered Institute of Public Relations (UK).
