Senior Consultant at Sero Consulting Ltd since 2006 and Deputy Project Manager for VISCED. Formerly an English FE College Principal and secondary Headteacher, now working in e-learning, particularly benchmarking across countries and sectors. Project manager for a pioneering study of e-activity across Scotland's colleges;Project Manager for annual Becta surveys of e-learning in English adult and community learning [2007-8], and FE colleges [2008-10]. Lead writer for a study of lecturer e-capability across 5 EU countries for Becta [2010]. Member of ELESIG.
