The Education Hub is a new Information Technology (IT) service for schools and educational institutions. Developed by the same Charitable Trust who pioneered the development of SchoolZone this new service is targeted at delivering education services through fast broadband access. With the increasing number of schools that are connected to fibre through the Ultra Fast Broadband and Rural Broadband Initiative the Education Hub has been created to offer schools a safe, managed and high performance internet service. The service will connect your school to the internet at the speed you need, ensure that students browse the internet safely and deliver new educational services that capitalise on high speed access.

The experience for students and teachers is : video conferencing that is crystal clear, access to engaging and stimulating websites without delays and a community of Education Hub schools that can connect, share and engage with each other through enjoying the benefits of aggregated demand.

The Education Hub has been designed by a ‘not for profit’ organisation that is governed by real educationalists.

Affordable Fast Access To The Internet With No Data Caps or Quotas

  • Allowing schools to fully participate in the internet without any data caps or quotas. Fast flat rate internet access with no hidden costs.

Safe Browsing Experience

  • Access to educational services provided by KAREN including the MoE video conferencing bridge.

Help and Assistance

  • Reassurance that an Education Hub support team is available to help solve problems. The team can also migrate your school from other providers to the Education Hub.
