This is a program running since 2008, funded and at least partly organised by The Canadian Rotary Collaboration for International Development, the second phase of which aimed towards a model of 'distributed learning' involving the use of distance learning, driven in part by ICT, to help reduce the number of school drop-outs by opening up multiple avenues of learning. The project uses a database application to provide online access to the national primary school curricula in Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Language Arts and associated learning and assessment resources to teachers and students in six primary schools country-wide.
