The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila Open University (PLM Open University, PLM-OU) supports distance education and continuing education in the Philippines.

It is part of the university known as Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), which opened as a University College in 1967. In 1968 it established a Graduate College, followed by the "Institute of Extra-Mural Studies" -- this later evolved into the PLM Open University.

PLM-OU is headquartered at the headquartered at the Gusaling Don Pepe Atienza at Intramuros, Manila, Phillipines.
