Or did you mean University College Sealand (in Denmark)?

Sealand, in full the Principality of Sealand, is a micronation located on HM Fort Roughs, a former Sea Fort in the North Sea 10 km (six miles) off the coast of Suffolk, England - UK.

Since 1967, the facility has been occupied by the former radio broadcaster British Army Major Paddy Roy Bates; his associates and family claim that it is an independent sovereign state.

External commentators generally classify Sealand as a "micronation".

It has been described as the "world's smallest nation".

Sealand is not currently officially recognized as a sovereign state by any United Nations member.

For more on this fascinating entity see the Wikipedia entry at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Principality_of_Sealand and also its home page http://www.sealandgov.org/

Bizarrely-seeming - but in fact valid - there are nearly 1000 hits on Google for "Sealand" "e-learning". It is left as an exercise for the reader to determine how to categorise these - most seem valid but not to do with the "Sealand" described on this page - e.g. some are from mis-spellings of (New) Zealand.

Re.ViCa takes a broad view on the concept of country but not so broad as to include Sealand.
