Ulf Ehlers

Ulf Ehlers is currently Assistant Professor and Coordinator European Research, Institute for Computer Sciences and Business Information Systems University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany. He is also Adjunct Associate Professor Graduate School for Management and Technology University of Maryland University College, USA.

Ulf has been a Director for European educational projects for the past four years and has led the European Quality Observatory and the European Foundation for Quality in E-learning, in which he currently serves as Vice-president.

He is also a member of the board of the Gesellschaft for Media in Science

My international responsibilities include cooperations with the African, Latin American and Middle East region in capacity building projects, and with international organisations such as the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ), German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), International Capacity Building and Development (InWEnt), UNESCO and Commonwealth of Learning.
