Vitor Rocio is an assistant professor at Universidade Aberta (UAb), Portugal, where he coordinates the undergraduate degree on Informatics, and administrates the University’s virtual learning environment. He is a member of LEaD, the Laboratory on Distance Education, where he conducts research on the development of technological resources for the implementation of UAb’s online pedagogical model. He concluded his PhD in 2003, in the area of Human Language Technologies, and published several papers in national and international journals and conferences.
Dr. Vitor Rocio is also a member of the Re.ViCa International Advisory Committee (IAC)
